Simple instructions for those of us who are just having a mental 'off' day.  If it was so blindingly obvious I'd have done it by now.  My brain hurts.  Tell me in simple steps...
How do I.....
    1. Login with Administrator privileges
    2. From the links at the top of the page, LEFT side, click Page: 'Add'
    3. Give the page a Name
    4. Select where it will fit in the hierarchy ('<Not Specified>' for the main menu)
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page
    6. Click Update

    You are now on your new page.  Add content as required

    1. Login as Administrator
    2. Open Admin Menu
    3. Select Pages
    4. Select the page you want to move
    5. Drag to where you want it to be

    1. Open the page
    2. Logon as Administrator
    3. from the top menu select Pages;Edit
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the page Details
    5. Click Delete

    Be aware that any links to this page will now fail.

    1. Log in as Administrator
    2. Admin menu
    3. Pages
    4. Locate page and select from tree
    5. Click Settings
    6. Locate Essentials - Page Skin
    7. Select 'skin' from available list (for site default select <Not Specified>)

    Warning.  'Removing' a column will place its content in the Centre column
