This is the default page layout available to all OctEportal sites.

You will find this under OctEportalDefault in the dropdown list of layouts (skins).  The following layouts are available.

• SingleColumn: Has a single pane called ContentPane.
• LeftColumn: Has two content panes called LeftPane and ContentPane.
• RightColumn: Has two content panes called RightPane and ContentPane.
• LeftRightColumn: Has three content panes called LeftPane, RightPane and ContentPane.

The header is a dark blue colour with your logo, if defined, on the left.  You can change this to a repeating background image by uploading a file called header_bg.jpg.
