Overview

Product groups allow you to segment your products into related groupings.  A product can belong to more than one group.  This means that a men's leather jacket could belong to say "Men's Clothing" and "Leather Goods".  Groups can also be grouped: for example "Clothing" could consist of Mens, Womens, CHildrens, Pets Clothing groups, with Clothing being the parent group

Managing Product Groups

Product Groups form part of the Product List module menu

Enter a name for the group, and give it a description if required.  If part of a set of groups, select the parent from the list.  Whilst a group can have only one parent, the parent itself may alos have a parent.  Beware!!  Keep it Simple.
