Overview

OctEportal provides several usage reports so you can check on who uses what pages when and how frequently. By default OctEportal keeps information on your site for 60 days - when you open the log page you will be tinformed of how long this period is. If this is too much, or too little, please contact OctEportal and we can amend your profile.

Site Log Reports

Log in with Aminstrator permissions

From the Admin menu select 'Site Logs'

By default the report period (where relevant) will be set to the previous week.

There are 11 reports available:

All reports can either be downloaded as a PDF, or an Excel File. Using Excel you can then do further analysis if required.

The report will be given a unique identifier of the format: SiteLog-yyyyMMddHHmm

PDF Format: Select the report, set the period, and Click . You can then either open the report or save it directly to your local drive:

Note that page headers are not exported.
